IUD: A year later

Hello mystery people!

Roughly a year ago I wrote a blog post about my experience in getting a Mona Lisa Copper IUD and I thought it might be only fitting that I update y'all on how that's been.

To be honest most of the time I don't even notice it. I don't feel it: I jump around, I'm active and I've never had any problems with it during sex. So it's been great!

However, sometimes when my lady business comes around as I was warned about I have noticed that my cramps are more severe (not enough to really complain about though, I mean in comparison to what they were it's not that much worse) and the flow has been heavier. By heavier I mean there's one to two days out of the cycle where I wonder how I am not dead yet.

That said, I wouldn't change it. Once you get used to it you know what to expect and it's dealt with accordingly. I could definitely deal with this for another 9 years.

So has anyone reading this gotten an IUD? Or is anyone thinking about it? I'm not an expert or anything but if anyone has questions I'm not shy. :)

In other news I am looking into getting a new medication for my psoriasis and if I do I will let you mystery people know all about it.
